Sugee / semolina biscuit


Hubby's favorite cookie. 


2c plain flour -sifted
1c  sugee or otherwise known as semolina flour.
3/4c icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Ghee - about 1 cup

Mix flour, sugee, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. This is the tricky part,  you need to add ghee as you knead  until it becomes a pliable dough.
Pinch a small dough and roll it, flattening it gently.

Bake in a preheated oven, 180 deg Celsius  for about 13 min. 
Cool the cookies on a cooling rack. Once cooled, store cookies in a air tight jar.
