Oatmeal cookies

This June,  for the whole month  I'll be baking cookies....wohooo.
To kick start this crunchy  affair I'll start off with my all time favorite Oatmeal cookies.
In my excitement I totally fail to jot down the source of this recipe, so whoever you are, credits to you.

A
1 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp  of each
baking powder
baking soda
salt

B
1 1/2  cup roll oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips

150g butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180 deg celcius. Prepare baking tray with parchment paper on top.

In a large bowl sieve A.

In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until color turns light. Add the egg and continue mixing while adding the extract.

Add the flour to the creamed mixture and mix well. Add B and mix it thoroughly.

Using a medium size ice cram scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto the tray, giving the cookies an inch apart, approximately 12 scoops.

Bake for 12 min. Remove the tray when done. Let it sat in the tray for five minute before removing it onto a cooling rack. When cookies are completely store in an airtight container.

Enjoy the cookies.
