Mix Vegetable - Indian Style



I normally don't cook my vege in Indian style, but today, as I was prepping  to cook I thought, what the heck. 
Turns out everyone liked it. 
Hmm...the lesson, change styles!

Saute ingredients
2 pips of garlic - chopped
1 onion sliced
1/2 mustard seed
curry leaves
dried prawns - optional

2 tsp chili paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
coconut cream 4 tbs
some water

50g each
sliced carrots
sliced cabbage
broccoli florets 
green peas
french bean / long bean

In a wok, pour 2 tbs of oil and saute the above ingredients until soft. Add the chili paste  and cook until fragrant.

Add the french bean and the carrots and cook for 4 minutes, add some water. Add the rest of the vegetables and rest of the ingredients. Simmer until veges are tender. Check for seasonings.

Dish up and serve with warm rice.
