Deep pan pizza


Never expected this deep pan pizza to taste so great. 
It's so moist and juicy  and  no thanks to the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese that the boys loaded and a host of other ingredients. 
A great bake.

165ml of water
2 tbs of olive oil
320g bread flour
½ tsp salt
11/2 tsp yeast

In your bread pan, pour the water and oil. Add the flour and the salt and yeast in two corners. Set machine to dough setting and press start. 
When the beep goes off after an hour, remove from pan and punch it down and knead it with a little oil in your hand, so it may not be too sticky.

Place the dough in a greased (with olive oil) 6in loose base pan and press the dough to fill it all around the pan, right to the top like a basin.

Pour a generous amount of tomato sauce and rub all over the dough. Well the rest of the ingredients is all your choice. 
I added some grilled chicken meat (left over), sliced mushroom, chopped red and green capsicums, onion rings, chopped garlic, salt & pepper and of course not forgetting the cheeses.

Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius and bake for about 30 minutes.
