Floral buttercream cupcakes
I love meandering through the thousands of fantastic floral cupcakes in the net and I must say they do blow your mind away especially those Korean 'buttercream' flowers which uses bean paste instead of buttercream. I am tempted to give the bean paste a go, just not now.
And not forgetting those Russian tip flowers...I need to keep up!
These days with the weather at 38 degree cel. couple with my sweaty palm, I can only lament at my drooping flowers..sigh.
If you want you flowers to stand up to the fiery furness, here a buttercream you should try.
2/3 cup shortening
4 cups of icing sugar
3 tbs milk
1 tsp each of vanilla extract, butter flavor 0r almond flavor
