Coconut Chocolate Balls

My son Tim loves anything sweet, anything with chocolate in it ... needless to say when he made this Coconut Chocolate Balls he ate almost all of  it in two days. 
As much as I wanted to strangle him, I must say it tasted good. It surely would make a great gift packs.... 

3oz cocoa powder
1 lb icing sugar
2oz desiccated coconut
4 tbs crushed hazelnut

3 tbs condense milk
1 egg white

Mix together the first four ingredients well. Add the condense milk till well combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg white till stiff and fold it into the mixture.
The mixture appears extremely sticky so the best bet is to dust your hands with some icing sugar and make a small ball. 
Roll the ball on some desiccated coconut and set aside in a tray to dry thoroughly.
