Sweet Wholemeal Rolls

I am still a novice in bread making. Anyway here's one attempt to make some sweet wholemeal rolls breakfast.

Got this bread maker form someone and I suppose it's pretty handy if time is of premium and you don't know how to knead bread or anything about bread making.

I overdid myself with the raisins, dried apricots and the seeds. No harm done. Taste great,

Hmmmm... This is my kinda breakfast, unfortunately not a hit with the home crowd.

300ml water
150g bread flour
300g whole wheat flour
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
1 1/2 yeast
3 tbs milk powder
raisins, chopped apricot
flax seed, sun flower seed

Add water into the bread making pan and the rest of the ingredients according to its order stated, except the seeds and fruits. Making sure the yeast does not come in contact with the salt and sugar. (Put them at each corner)

Choose your bread preference - wholemeal bread and press start.

Add the seeds and the fruits when you hear a beep sound. When the machine stops kneading, I usually turn off the machine and let the dough to rest for an hour. If you wish to use the bread maker to bake your bread, then let it go on.

Remove the risen dough and punch it down. Shape dough into balls or put it in a loaf pan. Let the dough rest for the second time for about 40min.

Place bread in an oven and bake for about 30min or when the bread turns brown at 170 degree Celsius. Done.

Enjoy. Jue.
