Toasted muesli
Something different for breakfast...and something to munch the whole day.
3 cups rolled oats
1/4 c oats
1/4 cup sunflower seed
1/4 cup sesame seed
1/4 cup pumpkin seed
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup shredded Hawaiian coconut
(A)
1/4 extra virgin coconut oil
1/4 c honey
1/4 brown sugar
*1/2 cup raisins or any dried fruits you have
Heat the oven to 150 degrees C. I increased the heat to 170 degree after about 15 min.
Line a large cookie sheet with baking paper.
Combine honey, sugar and oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and pour the mixture over it and give it a good toss.

Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring every 10 minutes to keep it from sticking. Mine took an extra 10 minutes before it browned, so keep an eye and gauge accordingly.
Let it cool and stir in the raisins or dried fruits. Store in an airtight container.
Serve with yogurt or fruit.
Enjoy...jue
