Spicy Chicken and Beef Meatball

Whenever I make meatballs, I like mixing two different types of protein to enhance the taste.
Chicken on its own can be pretty bland, so I added some minced beef and spiced it up a notch.

A
250g chicken fillet, minced
150g ground beef

A
1 green chili
1 red chili
1 large onion
5 pips garlic
1in of fresh ginger

B
1 tsp each of:
paprika
onion or garlic powder
dry chili flakes
pepper
salt - 2 tsp
ground turmeric

1 egg
1 cup of bread crumb

Put all the ingredients in A in food grinder/chopper.  Pulse it fine.
Add the meats and pulse it  until it is well mixed.
Add B pulse it for a min till the mince look really combined.

Roll into a small size ball and set aside. Arrange it neatly and spaced out on a baking tray.
Bake for 30 min at 200 dec cel. Let it cool before removing the meatballs.

You may want to fry it. Heat oil in a non stick pan, over medium heat. Gently fry till golden brown.
Remove nuggets and place it on a kitchen roll to absorb any excess oil.

Serve warm.

Enjoy...jue
