Stir fry French Bean with Mushroom



One healthy way of eating your veg is to stir fry em. This quick method retains all the nutrients and the best past is your veg stays crisp and juicy. 

5 garlic minced fine
2 button mushroom - cut fine

1 medium size carrot - sliced
100-150 gm of french bean- cut into two

pinch of salt and pepper.
Veg. granules of anchovies granules - 1/4 stp

In a pot, boil some water and blanch the carrots first for 1 min. Remove and set aside. Repeat the same for the french beans.

In a wok, heat 2 tsp of oil. Add the garlic and stir for 1 min. Add the mushroom and stir.
Now add the blanched veg and add the seasonings. Keep the heat on medium high and stir well. Add a little water if needed.

Remove from heat and serve. I like to serve this with chicken chops or steak.
