French Coconut Pie
I can never get tired of eating this scrumptious Coconut Pie.
Please refer below for the sweet crust recipe.
For the filling:
125 g melted butter
1½ cups sugar
3 whole eggs
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven at 180°c.
Combine all of the filling ingredients and pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
