Coconut cream rice
This aromatic and flavorful Coconut cream rice is a must have for Nasi Lemak,
4 cups of water
1 cup fresh coconut cream
*1in ginger - sliced
*2 pine screw leaves ( pandan leaves)
*2 stick of lemon grass - bruised
1 tsp salt
Put all the above in your rice cooker and press on button. Done.
Discard * when the rice is cooked.
Serve warm with any choice of your sambal. (Listed below are varieties of sambal)
