Black glutinous/sticky rice dessert


Despite its name its  actually  a dark purple rice that's usually used to make desserts.   Its one of my favorite childhood dessert.

A
250g of black glutinous rice - soaked for about 2 hours.

2 pandan leaves (screw pine leaves)
pinch of salt
2cups of water

1cup of  thick fresh coconut cream
150g of brown sugar -approx

In a pressure cooker pot, (low heat) add A and cook for about, 6min. Do be careful with the pot. 
When you pick a grain of rice, it should be soft when pinched. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer on a low heat.  You may add more water to dilute the  mixture. 
Discard the pandan leaves and it's ready. 

I especially like it chilled, so I'll wait a bit.
